All our products come with free shipping as standard to the UK Mainland.
Shipped via XDP Express and typically takes from 2 – 5 working days. Often our deliveries come in early at 2 – 3 days, however, we cannot guarantee it.
If you would like your order sent via an alternative/Faster method not offered in the checkout process, please contact us before placing your order.
In some rare cases, delivery can take up to 10 days depending on certain conditions. Please read our Terms and conditions for more.
The first attempt at delivery is free however if the carrier is not successful then you can be liable to a redelivery charge.
Certain areas in Scotland and Wales can incur a surcharge for select products. You will be notified of this at the checkout. If you think anything is wrong with the delivery totals then please contact us and we will update you with the best we can do.
Orders to outside UK mainland will be quoted on an individual basis.
A lot of our items are available on backorder. You can see when adding to your cart if it is in stock or not. Backorders are still free delivery, however, we cannot guarantee when we will receive the item in stock. If you contact us we can always give you a date we expect to get the item back. Usually, this is correct however there can be delays from our shipping company, if this happens you will be notified.
You are entitled to a refund on cancelled orders anytime before they get sent from us. After they get sent to you then the usual terms and conditions apply.
