How do I place an order?
If you have chosen a favorite piece of furniture, then click “Add to cart”, and it will automatically be placed in your shopping cart. You can then continue to select products in our online store, adding to your shopping cart whatever you desire. Once you have chosen everything you would like, then proceed directly to checkout where you will be taken through the steps to pay for your order.
How can I cancel or change my order?
Carefully check the contents of your basket. You can change the number of instances of the product or remove individual items by simply pressing the “Recalculate”. Further, if all selected correctly, click the “Checkout”. On the next step enter personal information (contacts, name, shipping address). You will then check the entered information and click “Send.”
If you would like to change or cancel the order you must let us know as soon as possible and we will help get what you wanted. All cancelled/changed orders ate subject to our terms and conditions.
What to do when I receive the order?
Turn on the phone during the delivery day – so the courier can contact you. Upon receipt of the order, check the conformity of the goods in the parcel, and completeness of the goods before accepting the delivery. If there are any problems, get in touch.
Some of our couriers will also deliver to your room of choice so be sure to have a space ready.

I don’t want to buy this item now, but I also don’t want to forget it. What should I do?
You can click the “add to wishlist” and item will be added to your personal Wishlist. In that case, you can return to it purchase later.

We never store any billing or card details. All payments are done by secure Payment gateways.

How long does delivery take?
Unlike most Furniture Suppliers we don’t make you wait weeks.
We use several different couriers to ship our various sized items in the best way possible. Most deliveries take 2-4 days, however in some rare cases delivery can take up to 10 days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, you will receive a tracking number as soon as we have it. One of our couriers does not provide a tracking number but will instead call you up/email you to arrange a day that suits you.
